WARRANTY

All new products purchased from the PosHardware.com.au come with a 12 Month Standard Warranty. The 12 Month Standard Warranty will commence on the date that you purchase the products. Extended warranties may be offered from time to time on the Website. If you purchase an Extended Warranty, the Extended Warranty will replace the 12 Month Standard Warranty. In order for you to claim under the 12 month Standard Warranty, the Extended Warranty or the Consumer Guarantees, You must provide proof of purchase invoice.

The benefits under the 12 Month Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the product to which these warranties relate. The products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All refurbished products come with 6 Month Warranty return to base unless otherwise stated.


RETURN OF PRODUCTS

If you would like to return any products under a 12 Month Standard Warranty or an Extended Warranty, you must first contact the PosHardware support team at contact@PosHardware.com.au You will receive written instructions informing you whether you have a right to return the products, and if you have a right, what you must do in order to return the products. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are returned safely. PosHardware will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or destruction during transportation of the products. products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition.

SOFTWARE

POS Software programs come with 30 days Tech Support. All software sales are final. Once software package are opened and installed there is "No Return or Refund" available.


DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

You will need to notify PosHardware within 10 working days in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your purchase invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

Warranty is non-transferrable.
