Terms of Trading
To purchase from PosHardware, you will need to register as a customer . You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with PosHardware.com.au.
You shall pay for the product in full when you place an order. In any event, we shall not be bound to accept the order before we have received and cleared the payment in full.
If payments are made on the weekend or public holiday, the order will not be processed until the next business day.
Orders placed on this website will be processed by our sales team in the most efficient manner. If, for whatever reason, you do not receive a feedback on your order, please contact us at sales@PosHardware.com.au
Payment for orders
PosHardware accepted three forms of payment. We accept direct deposit (payment clearance required prior to dispatch. Usually between 1~2 working days), Paypal, Square, Stripe or credit cards.
Please note, the following surcharges will apply:
Paypal- Visa, Mastercard: 2.6%
Square - Visa, Mastercard: 1.9%
Stripe - Visa, Mastercard: 1.75%
Direct Deposit: No Surcharge
For orders placed on items not currently in stock, a backorder can still be placed. We will contact you with an ETA and the goods will automatically be dispatched wthen first available. Placing a backorder on certain New Product or in demand product is already recommended as it allows you first allocation when stock first arrive. For payment by direct deposit, please use the Invoice number as the payment reference. Please also send remittance detail to sales@PosHardware.com.au to avoid any delay in getting your order dispatched.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Errors will be corrected when discovered and PosHardware reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuraccies or omissions including after an order has been submitted. If you have already been charged for a purchase but your order is cancelled, you will be issued a refund to your card, or bank account.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders we believe are fraudulent at any time.
PosHardware reserves the rights to change prices for products displayed at our website at anytime without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. However, if an error occurred, we reserve the right to refuse to accept further orders and to cancel any orders already placed at the incorrect price.
Sale of Good and Delivery
We only deliver to within Australia.
Items will be delivered to the address you nominated while placing your order. We are not liable for late or missing deliveries if an incorrect address is given.
Estimated shipment times may change due to changes in supply or conditions beyond our control. If you have not received your items within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email or phone.
Please choose carefully as PosHardware.com.au does not accept return of products because you change your mind or make a wrong decision about PosHardware products or services.
Damage or Faulty Returns
You shall notify PosHardware within 10 working days in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Warranty
All new products purchased from the PosHardware.com.au come with a 12 Month Standard Warranty. The 12 Month Standard Warranty will commence on the date that you purchase the products. Extended warranties may be offered from time to time on the Website. If you purchase an Extended Warranty, the Extended Warranty will replace the 12 Month Standard Warranty. In order for you to claim under the 12 month Standard Warranty, the Extended Warranty or the Consumer Guarantees, You must provide proof of purchase invoice.
The benefits under the 12 Month Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the product to which these warranties relate. The products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All refurbished products come with 6 Month Warranty return to base unless otherwise stated.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your purchase invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim.
Software
POS Software programs come with 30 days Tech Support. All software sales are final. Once software package are opened and installed there is "No Return or Refund" available.
Communication
PosHardware reserves the right to email you our product updates and newsletter that we believe may be in your interest. At the same time, we respect your right not to receive these communications from us. Please advise us at the time of placing your order if you do not wish to receive any updates, and we will disable the option for your account.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity
PosHardware makes every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions. However, the content may contain typographical, technical or descriptive errors; and may not be complete or up to date. Therefore we reserve the rights to correct any information at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit quantity, including after order is submitted or paid for. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We endeavour to display the colours of the products on the website as accurately as possible. The colour of the product you see depends on your monitor, so it is not guaranteed that there is no colour deviation from the actual product.
Promotion
The promotions and discounts are subject to change at any time and are only applicable to online transactions.
Discounts codes cannot be used in conjunction with store credit or any other discount codes.
Discount codes for new email subscribers have no end date and can only be applied on the first order placed per person.
Promotions may have a minimum product spend. The minimum product spend refers to the product value and does not include product shipping costs. The minimum amount to redeem the discount/coupon code must be met to apply the discount.
Discount codes are for 1 use per customer. PosHardware reserves the right to cancel orders believed to be from the same persona redeeming multiple discount codes.
Promotional discounts and offers cannot be redeemed after the online transaction has been processed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Our maximum total liability for any product supplied to you shall at no time exceed the amount you pay to us in respect of the product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PosHardware, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Amendment
PosHardware reserves the right to change its terms & conditions of use without notice. All changes will be published on this website so please check back regularly for any changes.
