Shipping Policy
How is freight calculated?
In order to provide good value to our customers, we charge flat rate shipping of $15 incl GST. In cases where freight companies charge us up to $30 incl GST, PosHardware will absorb the additional shipping costs. However for orders going to Tasmania, Northern Territory, Regional Western Australia and remote areas of New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, the freight costs could be in excess of the amount we can absorb. In those cases, we will inform you of the additional freight cost and arrange payment before items can be shipped.
How long until my order is delivered?
For items that are in stock, deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan addresses will be delivered within 3 working days from goods being despatched. Deliveries to all other locations in Australia will be made within a maximum of 10 working days. For items that are not in stock we will advise you on ETA for delivery.
Important note:
We do not ship to PO Box as signature is required. Please provide your street address when entering shipping details.
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.
If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?
Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.
Please note that a Business Name must be supplied with a Business Address, as the delivery could be rejected by Courier without one. If the shipment is rejected due to this reason, the buyer will be responsible for the re-delivery charge.
Returns Policy
Please choose your products carefully and ensure they are suitable for your configuration or needs. We do not provide Refund and/or Exchange. If the Product is unopened and not used, under exceptional circumstances and within 7 days or shipping the items from our warehouse, we may approve the Return/Exchange. Customers have to pay the freight to send items back to PosHardware. Also the refund amount does not include the original freight that was paid by the customer at the time of ordering the goods.
For items that are approved for refund, a Re-Stocking Fee of 20% will be applied to Returned products. Products must be returned in full packaging and NOT USED for the Refund to be approved.
In addition, customer are required to fill out a Return Authority (RA) form in order for us to process the return. This RA form needs to be sent with the returned items.
